THIS CARAVAN IS LOCATED IN THE BUDE/HOLSWORTHY AREA NOT EXETER The static caravan is completely dry, in need of a good clean out, and would make a good office or storeroom. The kitchen INCLUDES a calor gas oven/hob in need of a full service and a few knobs etc. There is a plumbed in sink/drainer with taps. The boiler was removed by someone who didnt hold the guarantee documents!! So all that is left is cut copper pipes and a wonderful steel chimney.It also has a galley style kitchen,all cupboards are in reasonable condition/working order. Caravan still has the original carpet and lino, it really needs a good hoover up and wash to be used for living in The bathroom has a toilet and a sink, but some toe rag nicked the shower tray.The shower worked off the internal hot water system, by the use of a two mixer taps and a shower head. These are still evident, however unable to test as I cant find the person who borrowed the boiler.  It has one broken window (small one in dining area) which is taped up. All cushions and curtains are in place. There is a clip on table to seat four people. The wiring and plumbing is evident, however, the plumbing has NOT been tested, the electrics/lights work. The static includes a convection heater in the lounge and a 4'6" bed in the bedroom. I can lay my hands on a fridge, furniture etc at cost. Neither doors lock, both are fully glazed, one has a lock and handle, the other has no mechanism so is not used. This caravan is worth saving, a weekends work will make it liveable PLEASE No scammers.  CASH ON COLLECTION preferred if possible. The buyer is responsible for the removal from my workplace. There is NO POSTAGE or packaging for this item!
