One of the rooms to let, is a Double Room, as in, two whole rooms, one, a private bedroom with access to a private brand new en-suite and then access to a private attic living room with views over-looking garden.
The other room to let, is a private Double Room, with views over-looking garden, with access to landing with access to private family sized bathroom.

The double room (with the Attic living-room and private bathroom en-suite), is £115. 00 per week, south-west facing, sunny, private bedroom which has private access to the attic living room with views over-looking garden, and also the private bedroom has access to a private bathroom en-suite with WC and wash basin and enclosed shower cubicle.
The bedroom has been recently decorated and has a brand new chocolate faux leather double sleigh bed with mattress, and sheets and pillows and duvet and duvet cover (all brand new).
It has a built in wardrobe and the Bay window is dressed with wooden blinds and curtains. Broadband connection (10 Meg) and T.V with Freeview.
The attic living room has a brand new cream sofa and a Computer/writing/eating table with two chairs, a TV with freeview; it also has fast broadband (10 Meg) internet connection in either room (Attic/Bedroom).

The other double room, is £100. 00 per week, north-east facing, private bedroom with views over-looking the back garden, which has access to the landing, which has access to a private bathroom, with WC and wash basin and bath/shower.
This double bedroom has also been recently decorated and has a real leather, chocolate, king size, sleigh bed, with mattress, and sheets and pillows and duvet and duvet cover (all brand new).
It has a built in mirrored sliding wardrobe and the large window (three windows) is dressed with a wooden blind and curtains.
