CHAPATHI AS A SUPERIOR FOOD – BENEFITS: Our Chapathi basic ingredient, whole wheat is having lot of health benefits. To name a few: 1)Dietary Fiber, which is necessary for proper functioning of the digestive tract. This is assuming more importance in the present hectic life style. 2)Iron, which is an important part of our blood, key factor in hemoglobin. 3)Vitamin “B” complex which includes thiamine, niacin and riboflavin, all necessary for body functions. 4)Zinc which is necessary for the skin and growth. 5)Magnesium (Selenium - minerals) RAW MATERIAL: The main raw material for the chapathi is wheat flour which is sourced from a "A" grade mill directly to our factory is according to our specifications. Likewise vegetable oil is also douby refined to our specification and is directly purchased from reputed oil mills. The water which we are using in making the dough is purified water from R.O system and is passed through ultra violet rays for elimination of bacteria in the water. This gives good quality and increases the shelf life of chapathis. Like wise we are using best quality TATA brand salt in our products for taste. For packing the chapathis we are using food grade multilayer cover, in which printing will come inside the two layers and this ink is not in touch with the food items at all. Likewise top side of the cover is also free from any ink contact. Therefore our cover is very safe for food packing. Our food cover contains all information regarding nutritional value, ingredients used, barcode, MRP and weight, quantity details, mfg/expiry dates, cooking tips etc. which are mandatory according to government regulations. UNIQUENESS OF NICE CHAPATHIS: 1)‘Nice '- Chapathi will puff within 10 secs after putting in the tawa with correct heat. 2)'Nice' – Chapathi will split into two layers during heating to facilitate easy eating and enhanced flavour. 3) Because of two layers our chapathis will be very soft and tasty. LIFE OF CHAPATHI: Our chapathi’s are already half cooked in about 70oc degrees in our factory and can with stand upto 4 days in atmospheric condition as it is and will withstand upto 7 days in refrigerated condition and upto 30 days in deep freezer. Nutritional value and testing: Our products are tested in Central Food Technological Research Institute- Mysore for its nutritional values and our wheat flour which is used in the product is also tested for pesticide content/heavy metal content at regular intervals in local labs to maintain quality standards. R.O water used in the dough mixing is also regularly tested for its TDS levels. We have bar coded our products for easy and quick handling in super markets, food stores and similar outlets where speed and accuracy are paramount at the counter. The ingredients namely wheat flour is tested for pesticide content and heavy metals to maintain excellent quality.
