Laptop Systems--Sony VAIO PCG-F280

Ok so I was asked to upgrade a Sony VAIO PCG-F280. It's a decent laptop, as of this writting anyway. You won't be playing Quake 3 or playing DIVX movies on this baby, but it's a good enough computer for your typical tasks such as web browsing and word processing. It has a decent 366mhz Intel Pentium II CPU. However, it only has a 6 gig hard drive and 64 megs of RAM running Microsoft Windows 98. The hard drive and memory were painfully low. So that's the two major things I decided to upgrade. Since this is a laptop, those where the only things you could upgrade.
