Our home is located on the West side of Rotonda, convenient for accessing the numerous powdery white beaches all away from the tourist trail.The nearest shops and restaurants are a 5 minute drive.
Our contemporary 3bed,2-bath home will sleep eight and has a heated pool,facing west,offering a view of trees and breathtaking Florida sunsets .The open floor plan includes a large living,dining and kitchen area.The master bedroom has a TV and leads to an oversized bathroom with two vanity units,walk-in shower and corner bath.
The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwaher,oven,washer/dryer,microwave,
fridge etc whilst the living room has cable TV,VCR & stereo.
The pool area has an outside shower, sun loungers,BBQ and large patio with table and chairs for al fresco dining.
Local activities include Biking, boating,world class fishing,swimming,
tennis,watersports and golf.
At nearby Port Charlotte one of the
largest shopping malls on the Gulf Coast can be found.
