Vacation Villa located on Margarita Island off the North coast of Venezuela.Fully furnished with central air conditioning and fully equipped kitchen,TV,secure compound, one minute drive to secluded beach. Restaurants,fishing scuba diving and shopping located nearby. We offer a cottage at lower than hotel prices which can comfortably accommodate four guests. The cottage is a single bedroom one bath unit in a compound or four cottages. We are in the village of Playa Cardon located 17 km from Porlomar and 5 km from Playa El Augua. . The villa is designed for extended stays or can accommodate weekend guests. An on site manager is available to ensure our guests comfort. Rates are $420.00 US per week, $1000.00 per month. Reservations are required with a $25% deposit prior to scheduled arrival. (The deposit is credited to the payement).
