We have three 2 bed properties all together on the same large plot near by our private swimming pool in our walled garden. All the three are on ground level, we have a villa, a garden apartment and a mobile home which is air conditioned. There is ample off street car-parking within our gardens too. We are only 20 mins from Alicante International airport, and about 10 mins by car, from the glorious 7km long, sandy San Juan beaches. Bonalba Golf is nearby too and this is an 18 hole, competition standard course with all the facilities which you could wish for. Mutxamel, our local town is about 4 miles away, and handy for shopping, bars and restaurants. About 20 mins away is Benidorm, with all its fun, fiestas and frolics, and also Terramitica, our new "Disneyland-type" theme park.
