With Franco you will discover the roots of the Walnut Tree: the love for the real Italian way of being and, of course, the passion for cooking. "Cook with love - cook with your soul" is Franco's motto. However, be assured that a day with Franco is a very down to earth and practical experience. You will come away with a menu of authentic Marchigiani recipes and the know-how, confidence and enthusiasm to cook them at home for your family and friends. Visits to a frantoio (olive oil mill), winery, fish market, see pasta being made by hand, etc. etc. will be included in this culinary experience. For those who cannot resist a bit of shopping there are outlets such as Tod’s , Prada and others which will also be part of the experience. The first session will be hold from the 20th to the 24th of February for those who confirm by the end of january the price will be 450£ per person!
