The Main Motor: Original imported from American Sauer Company 51 series or Italy Sam H2V, adjustable piston motor with output 108ml using for the pushing and pulling of rotary driving head 12 sets. The loop flushing valve produced by American Sauer Company centralized with motor, which makes it less room and fewer pipelines. Two sets of 400 KW transmission boxes are imported from Germany, Two sets. The Hydraulic pipes are from American EATON Company. Original high pressure steel rings and rubber pipes are imported from Italy. High wear- resisting, high anti-attack alloy steel rack and pinion. Controlled by PLC system, make circuit simple and reliable. It is equipped with 3T crane on the rig. Main Performance Characteristics: The rotating and pushing & pulling of rotary driving head adopt the close circuit. Other assistant mechanism adopts open-circuit. It adopts the wide-steel caterpillars, which is convenient to up to and down, no need to unload. It can move and position directly. The rack and pinion is adopted by the pushing & pulling transmission of rotary driving head. The main axle is movable. The movable beam is convenient to carry up and down and transport as well as adjust entry angle. The front and back clippers could be apart and the clamp moves within the whole distance. The vice jaw grip could be changed according the drilling rods. It is controlled by wire. The pushing & pulling speed and rotating of rotary driving head could be adjusted within the limitation. It is equipped with mud pressure release mechanism. It is equipped separately with heating and cooling systems for hydraulic oil. The separated operating room is big with two seats, which is comfortable with good vision. It is equipped with air condition. The anchor board is used for position, and the anchor box could be optional. Both sides of the main machine are equipped anti-slippery pathway and protecting rods. Motor can be show in digital, easy to control. The station of mud pump and mud mixed system is outside, be optional.. It is equipped with support of the middle drill rod.
