The residence exists of 25 bungalows and apartments and is situated in a quiet area and a big and green garden. All houses have a nice view on the mountains. Casa Mimosa is situated at the end of the park, so there is much privacy. It has for example air-conditioning, heating, washing machine, ironing facilities, a coffeemaker, a toaster and a bed for a baby. The residence is railed-off and therefore safe. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. The swimming pool is large and can be seen from the bungalow, so it is possible to keep an eye on the kids. The sandy beach is on only 600 meters from the bungalow. Denia is at 10 kilometers and can be reached by car or bus (bus stops on 300 meter) The Golf Course Oliva Nova Golf is located on only 5 kilometers from Palmera Park. It is a perfect location to start visits to for example Valencia, Alicante or the mountains (Jalon Valey).
