IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support

  Location:  Tower Bridge - London

1st/2nd Line Desktop support engineer required to join established IT services client based in central London. You role will be to provide on site support to one of their clients based in London as well as provide remote and telephone based support to other clients. Your role will involve troubleshooting and managing user support queries, desktop, maintain backup, anti-virus and software and hardware updates, provide support to Windows, Office and Printing. Candidates must be able to display solid demonstrable support skills in Windows (2000/2003), Office, printer installations, anti-virus, backup procedures and TCP/IP, some experience of firewalls and security. Candidates ideally will have gained their technical experience within a similar IT Services environment.
