| Bitumen emulsion station produced by YBM is designed to produce bitumen emulsions. The station produces bitumen emulsions of the following categories: slow-breaking, middle-breaking and quick-breaking emulsion. Our station is equipped with all necessary units for receipt fitting, emulsion production and emulsion modification of any categories with polymers. All emulsion groups are designed for solving road-building problems such as: patching, preparing old road base for asphalt-concrete, surface treatment, cool recycling.
Utilization of bitumen emulsion and road-building technology helps to reduce bitumen consumption and makes road construction and repairing much cheaper, helps in producing mastics, dopes and emulsions for soft roof covering.
