Our range is provided with tube axial fans that are suitable for handling hot, moist air or gas and fumes. Our range comprises of the following: Casing: Casing covers the overall length of the motor and the impeller. It is manufactured by suing high grade mild steel plates and is provided with foot mounting arrangement to facilitate installing of fan on the ground. An external terminal box that has an inspection is also provided. Impeller: Impeller is dynamically balanced and is of aerofoil section and cast in aluminum alloy Motors: A.C. motors are provided with squirrel cage induction type and are suitable to operate at an ambient temperatures ranging up to 40 degree C Bearings: Ball or ball and roller bearings are also attached Driving arrangements: Mounted inside casing and impeller is directly placed on motor shaft extension. In case of V-belt drive arrangement, impeller is mounted on a separate shaft supported on two ball bearings and plummer blocks inside casing. The motor is mounted on outer side of casing and shaft is driven with V-belts.
