Its in excellant condition, there's a couple of slight marks on it that should wash off, but otherwise its mint, its only been used once, it still smells new. It has a window at each side and a big window at the front with curtains. If you wanted to sleep in it you would need a ground sheet. As you can see in the pics, one side unzips and has poles to hold it up, the front rolls up and the back unzips to attach to your van/camper. I can only find instuctions in German, but it has a diagram and is very straight forward to put up. Two of the little springs that join two of the poles together have snapped, it could be easily fixed, but doesn't affect the use of the awning. Cash on collection. Viewing is welcome.
