It has parking bays outside, entryphone, stairlift(can be removed), 2 wcs, very large kitchen/diner(we have a 3 piece suite down one end of it), large sitting room leading onto small enclosed garden with shed, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom(not boxroom), loft, walk in storage space plus additional storage space, new combi boiler(constant hot water). The house is in good order and painted white throughout. We are approx 2 miles to Lewisham and Greenwich, approx 4 miles to Bromley, Kent, and approx. 8 miles to the west end of London.
