<title>FRANCE &#39;Maison de Village&#39; at the Heart of the C&#233;vennes</title>
<description>Large house in the tranquil and picturesque C&#233;vennes village of Saint Andr&#233; de Valborgne. Our house is for sale at  170000. With the market being very slow throughout Europe, we are looking for someone who would like to move to our area and has their own house to sell. In addition the living room has an efficient wood burning stove, hand built from steel by Dowling stoves. The hot water boiler (De Dietrich) is also new. The house has been freshly decorated throughout and high-speed broadband is in place. 

Local services in the village include a doctor; primary school; park with tennis court; football pitch and play area; boules area; temple and chapel; boulangerie/viennoiserie; Vital multi-service grocer; post office; butcher; gun and hardware shop; garage 24/24; 2 bars; hotels; restaurants; a couple of craft workshops and various artisans including car mechanics; joiners; electricians, builder and plumbers.
A weekly market offers produce from local farms. The village water supply comes from the local spring which is famous for its purity and good taste, plus the quality of the air is also very high.

The house is spacious with lots of potential and it has an open outlook over the rooftops of the village to the forested hilltops. It&#39;s in a tranquil and picturesque location, perfect for hillwalkers.
