It also has the later, slicker gear change that clicks in and out as the throttle is twisted rather than the fiddly seperate handle on the side. Started it up yesterday and everything appears to work as it should.I have used the engine only once or twice, most notably to bring a 26 foot yacht across Christchurch Bay in strong head winds in February last year, and it didn't miss a beat, fortunately, as it was an otherwise scary trip. When not on the water the boat is kept in a climate controlled garage so everthing is perfect.
