We have no dependents and are looking for a long term rental either a detached or semi detached house. Due to job loss we would be on housing benefit until such time we find employment so looking for an understanding landlord. Must have a garden as we do have two cats, who are totally house trained, be set back from roads and in a nice location. We are looking to move pretty soon as our landord here wants to sell her property on, would appreciate a low deposit and advance payments due to the limited time we have left here to raise the funds. We are quiet and clean and would look after the property, and most areas of Kent we would consider.
