PREPARATION 10 minutes
COOK TIME 10 minutes
SERVINGS 4

Ingredients

*8 Hard Boiled Eggs (358 grams)

*1/3 cup of Mayo (77 grams)

*1 Tbsp of Dijon Mustard (6 grams)

*4 Tbsp of Finely Chopped Chives (7 grams)

*3 Tbsp Granulated Garlic (8 grams)

*1/2 Tsp of Lemon Juice (5 grams)

*Salt and pepper (2-3 grams per salt and pepper)

*4 Wheat Bred

Preparation

*Chop the eggs into small pieces.

*Add remaining ingredients and mix together well.

*Cover with wrap and put in fridge for 30 minutes.

*I like wheat bread over white bread. But healthier is what we are trying to gain.
