- Strong experience within a similar role.
- Experience managing and motivating a development team.
- Strong current experience in application development and process design.
-.NET Framework or Java programming experience.
- Agile development experience.
- Experience in designing robust and scalable architectures and solutions.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
